This makes sense right? It's funny because often the secrets to success lie right in front of our eyes. Many times we tend to look elsewhere rather than our own actions for answers. Also this is a great way to get to know them as you will at times require a cemeteries permisson to do cleaning. I never market around cemeteries directly and in some areas it is illegal so I would advice you not bother. I have however had many occasions where I have been cleaning one stone and had some one come up to me and ask if I would do their's. Now that's Awesome. Be sure to get the good info when taking an order. What cemetery, name on stone, dates, other identifying features. Also customer contact info.

This will totally help when it comes time to go out on clean. I try to organize all this info by spreadsheet. Dont forget to be nice. The term flipping seems to be everywhere nowadays, including in the titles of a number of television shows that have attracted loyal followings. That means lots of people are interested in buying houses and reselling them at a profit. That's the good news. The bad news is that there's considerably more competition for fixer-upper homes than there was before the concept became so popular among television viewers.

But that doesn't mean there isn't still a significant amount of money to be made buying and reselling homes. Here are three tried-and-true ways to succeed at becoming a successful home flipper.

Fixing and Flipping Houses

The first one is the most popular, and the concept is quite simple (at least on the surface): you find a home that's in need of repair or upgrading, you go in and do whatever work is necessary, and then you put the home on the retail market. Depending upon where you live, how hot your market is, and how good of a bargain hunter you are, you can sometimes make $25,000 (or much more) on a single transaction.

There are some dangers involved in that strategy, of course, including paying too much for the property in the first place and then in underestimating how much the repairs or upgrades will cost. In fact, the latter situation provides one of the most common points of tension in the various television shows devoted to flipping houses, so it's best to have a solid knowledge of home prices and repair costs before you attempt any flipping method.

Fix, Hold, and Sell Later

A second method that works well is to buy a rundown house, do whatever it takes to bring the property up to standard, and then to rent the home on a lease-option basis. There are some advantages to this method. First, you can get a potential buyer into your home without having to pay a real estate fee. Second, you'll be getting a renter who genuinely wants to buy the home at the end of the lease, so they'll take better care of the property. Finally, there may be some tax advantages to you if it takes more than a year for the lease option period to expire. Check with your tax advisor for more details on that.

Flipping Houses

A third method requires a greater knowledge of home prices and repair/upgrade costs, but it can make you a considerable amount of money without having to do any repairs yourself. That method involves finding properties and reselling them to other investors on an as-is basis. You won't make as much money per transaction, since you'll have to sell at a below-market price to the next investor, but depending upon your market and how good you are at finding bargains, you can flip those properties faster, since you won't be doing any repairs or upgrades before you turn around and resell them.

Fixing and reselling homes has been an investment strategy for centuries, and will continue to be a popular investment option as long as folks still live in houses. You can get your piece of that pie if you shop hard, estimate carefully, and know your market!

Most of us know the usual ways for kids to make money, which include lemonade stands, newspaper routes and mowing lawns. However, there are more unusual ways. Some of the ways listed below are from my own childhood, when I was always looking for another way to make money.

1. Be a chef. At about eleven years old, I used to sell meals to my brothers (I had four of them). I got 25 cents for scrambled eggs or a sandwich, and more for more complicated meals. My brothers preferred to stay in front of the TV and let me cook for them. Since the food was already provided by my parents, the income was pure profit.

2. Computer whiz-kid service. Many young kids know a lot about computers. My nephew was getting paid for programming by the the time he was fourteen, but even younger kids can show old folks how to use a computer and the internet for a fee. Learn a few more skills, and they can even set up computers for new owners who are using them for the first time. Letting grandparents spread the word would be a good marketing ploy.

3. Household carnival. I charged my brothers five cents for a wadded up piece of paper selected from a bucket full of them. Most had a penny or two inside them, but a few had a quarter. It was just one of my "carnival" events. I also had them throwing pennies at a bowl across the room, which I kept, of course. If a penny stayed in the bowl they won a dime. I'm almost embarrassed to say how much of their hard-earned paper route money I took from them.

4. Collect returnables. We collected and returned cans and bottles for a deposit as kids. Now that more states have return laws, it's an even better way to make a little cash. During the Cherry Festival, when I lived in Traverse City, Michigan, adults came to town just to collect the cans that people threw all over. With a 10 cent deposit, they were collecting more than $100 worth per day according to several of them. If the kids wear gloves, leave broken cans and bottles alone, and use hand sanitizer, this is a safe way to make money.

5. Personal services menu. If there are many people in the family, a great way for kids to make money is to sell their services. They can make a menu of things they'll do and how much they charge for each. It might include washing windows for 50 cents each, for example, and maybe $1.50 to walk a dog. If the list is copied, it could be handed out to all relatives and possibly neighbors too.

6. Rummage sales and flea markets. If parents agree, kids can have rummage sales, selling not just household things, but arts and crafts and refreshments too. Parents might even take their kids to a flea market to set up a stand. I sold (as an adult) more than $1,000 of hand-made walking sticks one summer, while my wife sold hundreds of dollars worth in pewter figurines glued to rocks, sea shells and crystals. Cookies and drinks sell well too. It's a great way to learn about business, and a good way for kids to make money.

Make Money with A Blog An empty promise?

Ninety-nine percent of people that start blogs with the intent to earn money will quit within the first month simply because they will never earn anything

Yet, SOME earn hundreds of dollars a month from blogging. A few, even earn thousands. Whats the difference?

Many of the bloggers who earn money online, offer tips to others about how they earn their money. These tips provide very useful strategy, BUT. typically you have to then learn how to carry out that strategy how exactly does one set up an RSS feed? And while you might find an article RSS made easy that will tell you how to complete this process in 20 or 30 minutes. Multiply the number of pieces of information like that times a half hour (to find the information and implement it) and you are looking at a full-time job for a week. A very frustrating week too. Considering that the great Studio Traffic had been running for nearly two years when I made my debut, I was a latecomer to the get paid to auto surf scene. When I first started to take notice of the get paid to auto surf sites, I looked at the possibilities, did a double-take, looked again and wondered where the catch might be. Surely, I thought, there must be a catch, or can it really be that simple? I'll spare you the suspense and tell your right from the start that the answer was yes, it really is as simple as it appears. Before you go rushing off to spend money with auto surf for cash programmes, let me just stress that it is simple but that is not the same as saying that every get paid to auto surf site is safe. Crossing the road is pretty simple but, if you fail to look out for approaching traffic, it certainly isn't safe. The webmasters and webmistresses who own get paid to auto surf sites are, in the main, honest hard-working people, who want to have a thriving business which will bring them an ongoing income for the future. I'm not saying all auto surf for cash sites are run by saints, the owners are just ordinary people who want to make a living on the Internet, and the industry (like any other) has its share of rogues and thieves who will take your money and run, plus a few inept webmasters who just have no idea how to run a business and lose everyone's money.

So, you might ask, how do I take sensible precautions against getting stung? The answer, like most things, is simple! Investigation is the answer. If you like the look of a get paid to auto surf site, join as a free member and check out the forum (if there is one). Surf to test the quality of surfing and don't invest if the surfbar is unpredictable. Email the owner to ask about the site. If you get no reply, drop the site there and then: any website owner who takes a pride in his business will respond to a member's enquiry. If you get a terse reply, pointing out that the answer to your dumb question is in the site faq's, this is still good: an abrupt reply probably means the owner is busy or has got sick of answering the same stupid questions. The point is that he is human and bothered to respond. Don't even think of giving your money to someone who ignores you from day one.

Do an Internet search for forums concerned with making money online, make money at home, auto surfing, get paid to programmes etc. Read what the members are saying about the sites you are thinking of joining as this is usually a good indicator of whether the site is growing or declining. Don't, however, totally rely on the opinion of forum members because the posts often tend to be a bit hysterical and they are, of course, the voicing of personal opinions and not a handing down of the wisdom of gurus.

Check out get paid to auto surf review sites. I don't mean the one page free websites that have been built simply to advertise one person's choice of programmes and build a downline. Look for serious reviews which are regularly updated, these are more likely to be written by dedicated surfers. 3. Create an outline for your ebook:

After you have decided on what topic to write based on your knowledge and also after researching the market, you can now design an outline for your ebook. By outline, I mean that you decide what things you will cover.

One simple technique to help you is to find out 3-5 very pressing questions related to the topic of your ebook and then find out answers to those questions. Then address those questions with your solutions presented in an easy to read and understand format.

Give your readers an easy action plan. They will love it. You can do this by giving a step by step plan to solve problems. By trying to make the steps as simple as possible, you can increase the value of your ebook.

4. Start Writing:

Now start writing. If you have researched your market well and prepared a good outline as mentioned in the previous steps, then this writing part should become a lot easier.

When finished, revise and proofread. Make changes and corrections wherever necessary. If you want to add something or remove something, do so. Keep revising until you are completely satisfied.

5. Market your Ebook:

After you create an info product, you should now start promoting it. You may need to create a sales page and start driving traffic to your website sales page. There are many methods of online promotion. You may also decide to do some offline marketing for your ebook like newspaper or magazine advertisements etc.

It can be quite simple to create an info product once you get the hang of it but initially it may take some time and effort to really get proficient in the process.

An alternative:

If you don't want to write your own info products, then another way is to let others write your ebooks or else obtain resell rights for good information products that someone else has written. There are many ebooks, tutorials etc. which are circulating on internet which come with resell rights.
