How To Make Money In Affiliate Marketing
Several years ago, I found myself wanting to learn how to make money with affiliate marketing. After all, it couldn't be so difficult. When searching the web, I found hundreds of programs and systems promising to help me learn how to be a successful.
Man, I bought a bunch of those get rich overnight schemes and such, but I kept trying. No matter what, I was going to succeed! Well, after about 2 years and many hundreds of dollars later.....I found myself still sucking at internet marketing. No matter what I did, the money was just not coming in. Oh sure, I made a few hundred dollars here and there. But, it was only enough to keep me interested. After a while I started learning my lesson. Stop buying all that crap and start learning! Okay, so the next step was, "Where do I get the training I needed to really learn how to market any product to people and convince them to buy?
Of course, the answer to that is...You need to find someone or company that has been there, is doing it and is willing to teach someone else without it costing and arm and a leg. This took me into mentoring programs. There are quite a few out there who will do just that but, the problem with most of them is that they only teach you how to market their product!
Well, that is all fine and dandy but, I needed someone who would teach me how to make money with affiliate marketing. Well, after several months of searching I found such a company and I must say...I am learning quite a lot from them. The basic rules of being successful in internet marketing is knowing what your customer is hungry for. Then you need to feed it to them. Plain and simple. But, just how simple is it really?
First, you identify the market niche that you want. Build a simple landing page that will attract your buyers interest (pre-sell them). Then you drive traffic to it. Uhhh....but of course their are a lot of gaps to fill in this process.
Well, when I found my mentors I learned the basics to attracting customers, building SEO websites, advertising using article marketing, PPC, Bum Marketing and so much more! So do yourself a favor and stop wasting your money and start learning how to make money with affiliate marketing!
