If you want to become master affiliate then you have to learn quite a few things ranging from create websites, writing articles to SEO and copywriting. Its a hard task as hand. So to help you I am going to show you 5 step process which focuses on the exact things you need to learn.
So before I start, I believe you understand what affiliate marketing is and how to create a mini-page (simple web page). If you are ready then here is the 5 step process
5 step process to quickly profiting from affiliate marketing
Step 1 : Finding the product.
Believe it or not, first step is not researching the niche... No it doesn't matter to you as affiliate. Its finding a good product which people are buying. Often I check out clickbank.com to find out good products which have good sales letter and an overall good marketing structure (ie marketer knows what he's doing with products).
Step 2 : Buying Domain and Hosting.
Only now I decide to buy domain and hosting services. There are quite a few good hosting services like hostgator.com which can be more than sufficient for your needs. I recommend you to get a domain and hosting because it looks professional. Moreover try to promote 1-2 products(or related products) though one mini site.
Step 3 : Creating Name squeeze page.
Creating your first name squeeze page is going to be important. If you know the market then you can create name squeeze page easily. Otherwise check out other marketers in the same niche and then create name squeeze page. You need this to build your own list, rather than sending traffic directly to the product.
Step 4 : Getting web site traffic
Now there are very simple ways that you can use to get website traffic. I regularly use Article marketing, commenting on forums and blog commenting to generate initial traffic to my websites. I do not suggest Google adwords or any other Pay per click strategies for beginners or someone who is not experienced with it.
You can also use bookmarking websites like onlywire to bookmark your website pages and get some traffic. The secret of bookmarking to bookmark often and regularly.
Step 5 : Promote to your list.
You should be promoting products to your list in this phase. Rather than pitching every day... Show them how they can use the product and then give them links. If you can show them how the product can help them, they'll be more inclined to buy from you.
Now you should regularly spend more time getting website traffic to your name squeeze page. Spend at least couple of hours doing the activities in step 4. You'll see results in 7-10 days following this process.
