I see it most of the time when many home based business owners make the mistake of always driving traffic to their websites without using any form of email grabber or what we call a squeeze page. If you are a networker or a home based business person and you are just trying to drive traffic to your website without a squeeze page, you are leaving a lot of money on the table.
If you belong to any online home business, no doubt your website is a replicated one of the company's web store. Now tell me, if you want to outsell other people in your network marketing business, do you think you will go far with the search engines and people when you try to drive traffic to the same replicated web page?
The answer is you will not be able to make sales or get people to join you if your only marketing tool is your home business website.
To stand out of the pack and get a good number of people to buy products that will make money for you, you will need to be very unique and different. Now if it happens you have a home business products that they may be aware of, by building an interest using preloaded timed messages that are full of very valuable information and tips that will help them solve their problems in your market, they can develop trust for you.
If in the future you present a product they have known and maybe never gave a though of ever getting, these people can buy this if they trust you enough.
Now if you want to continue making money online, stop driving traffic to your business opportunity website and instead drive that traffic to your squeeze page, then redirect them to your home business to get your products. That way you can follow up and make the sale eventually.
